To delete basic accounts, open your account settings by tapping on the cog wheel icon (⚙) in the upper-right corner of the ME screen. Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap on Delete Account and confirm your request.
To delete sponsored accounts or accounts linked to teleservices, you will first need to initiate a disconnection (as required by HIPAA).
To remove a coach or therapist from your account, tap on his/her picture in the upper right corner of your home screen and scroll down within the drop down to disconnect.
To remove your sponsorship, tap on the disconnect button next to the SPONSOR information in the account settings.
After disconnecting from services and sponsorship, you can delete your account by scrolling to the bottom of your account settings and tapping DELETE ACCOUNT and following the prompts to confirm.
