Sure thing. From the CREATE YOUR OWN button, here's what you want to do:
- First, enter a name for your habit in the field below HABIT NAME. For example, let's use "Jogging".
- Next, enter the possible values in the fields below POSSIBLE CHOICES. For example, let's use different amounts of time, like 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes..
- To add more options, just tap "+Add Choice" In this case we’d need to add two more options.
- If you need to delete options, tap DELETE.
- If you want to reorder the options , tap REORDER. Then drag and drop the options to where you want them.
- Lastly, you'll want to rank your choices as having met your goal (happy face) or not met your goal (sad face). To do this, just tap the smileys on the right edge. In this case, if your goal is to jog for 45 minutes or more each day, tap to make “15 minutes” and “30 minutes” the red sad face, and leave “45 minutes” and “60 minutes” the green smiley face. ("Flipping a goal" allows you to change the the smiley face for the different time values or intervals.)
- When finished, tap DONE.
