The Sanvello app does not track your location; however, during a session, the clinician must be licensed in the state where you are physically present at the time of the appointment. Your clinician will ask you where you are located at the beginning of each session to confirm you are located in the state in which they are licensed
If you have a telehealth session scheduled for a time that you are traveling out of state, please check if your clinician is licensed in the state you are going to be in. If the clinician is not licensed in the state, they will work with you to reschedule your session for when you’re back.
