- Upgrade via Insurance

- If you upgraded with your insurance information, you will receive an email and be presented with a Renew tile in your app home feed 7 days prior to your subscription expiring.
- Clicking on the email (on a mobile device) or clicking on the tile in the home feed will allow you to renew your subscription based upon your previously entered insurance information.

- If eligibility fails with the previous insurance information, you will have the opportunity to edit your details and try again (for example, if your insurance information has changed).
- If you do not renew before the expiration date, you will be automatically downgraded and can purchase premium or upgrade via sponsor / insurance at a later date.
- Upgrade via email
- If you were upgraded based upon using an organization email address(@university.edu, @business.com) and still have a valid email address, all you will need to do is open the application to renew.
- Upgrade via sign-up page
- If you signed up via organization sponsored sign-up page(Insurance, HR site, University site, etc) you should go to the page you initially signed up from and sign into your Sanvello account from that page. This will renew your subscription when you sign in from that organization specific sign up page.
