If you’re having trouble accessing or utilizing any tools, sections, or activities within the Sanvello app, we recommend re-syncing your device and cleaning out any cached data.
The simplest way to do this is by deleting the Sanvello app from your phone. Careful not to delete your actual Sanvello account!
As you go through the process of deleting your app, you may see a popup that looks like this:
Tap on delete (highlighted in yellow). This will clean out the cached data that we want removed from your device. Not to worry though, it will not delete the data tied to your account.
After deleting, please re-download the app from your device’s App Store.
