You will need a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) with the Sanvello app, or a computer with access to the Sanvello website. You will also need to ensure the device has internet access (cellular service or WiFi).

Appointments are optimized to work best on the Sanvello app on smartphones.
If you choose to access your appointments from a computer, you’ll need a webcam and a microphone (or a headset with a microphone) for the best experience. While you are not required to be on video, we highly recommend it, so you get to know your therapist or psychiatrist face-to-face.
Generally, if you use the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Internet Explorer for your web browser and can stream video, you should be able to join the online appointments and access all content.
